Thank you for shopping with DFS DEALS! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for most products purchased through our store, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition (no signs of damage, wear, or alteration).

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Eligible items typically include:

  • Physical goods such as apparel, accessories, household items, and packaged products.

  • Unopened products in their original sealed packaging.

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival (we will cover return shipping for these).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at dealsdfs@gmail.com or the contact us page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind:

  • We accept returns for eligible products in new and unused condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
